How does hourly billing work?
Every product is billed by the hour and capped at the monthly price. Stop a server before you hit the cap and you pay only the hours you used. Snapshots and storage continue to bill while preserved.

Do I have to commit annually to get the discount?
No commitment is required for our standard pricing — just spin up and stop whenever. If you do prepay 12 months, we credit 20% back to your account at signup.

Is bandwidth really that cheap?
Yes. Every plan ships with a generous free tier and overage is billed at $0.01/GB to anywhere in the world. We do not charge cross-region or cross-AZ replication.
