Do you really do the migration for free?

What if I'm using AWS-only services like SQS or DynamoDB?
We map them: SQS → managed Redis Streams or NATS; DynamoDB → managed Postgres with the JSON-Path operators; Lambda → App Platform functions. We've done all of these in production.

How long does cutover take?
