Can I run Linux and Windows together?
Yes — on Web Pro and Web Host you get one Plesk control plane that orchestrates both a Linux node and a Windows Server 2022 node. SSO across both.
Is MS SQL Server included?
MS SQL 2022 Express ships with the Windows side at no extra charge. Standard and Enterprise are available — usage-based, billed per core-hour.
How does Smart Updates work?
WP Toolkit clones the site to a hidden staging URL, applies the update, runs visual and HTTP checks, and only promotes to live if checks pass. If anything regresses, it rolls back automatically.
What about backups?
Plesk Backup runs nightly to local NVMe and to your choice of HostEngine Object Storage, S3 or Azure Blob — all in one click.
Do I get root / Administrator access?
On Web Host yes — full root on Linux, full Administrator on Windows. Web Admin and Web Pro give you panel-scoped power and SSH/RDP into the cage.
