Will my latency really be under 1 ms?

If your broker peers at Equinix LD4, NY4 or TY3, yes — the path is rack-to-rack inside the same building. We publish per-broker measurements continuously and refund the month if your broker exceeds 1 ms over a rolling 24-hour window.

Can I bring my own EA or indicator?

Of course. RDP into the box, drop the .ex4 / .ex5 / .mq5 in MQL4 or MQL5, restart the terminal. We do not inspect, sandbox or rate-limit anything you run.

Do you support cTrader and TradingView bots?

Yes. cTrader, NinjaTrader, TradingView webhooks via NgrokFree alternatives, and any custom Python or .NET strategy you bring. Pre-installed images are optional, not enforced.

What about news outages?

We pause Windows updates and Defender scans during NFP, FOMC and ECB windows automatically. You can override the calendar with a JSON file.

Is Linux supported?

Yes — pick Ubuntu 22.04 or Debian 12 with WINE plus a hardened MT5 image. Memory footprint drops by ~40% vs. Windows for the same workload.
