Is this real cPanel, or a clone?

It is the real cPanel/WHM, fully licensed and current. We pay the per-account license fee so you do not have to worry about it.

Do I get root access?

On Reseller and above, yes — full WHM and root SSH on a single-tenant container. On Solo and Studio you get cPanel access plus SSH inside the cage. Either way, no shared neighbours fighting for IO.

What does Imunify360 actually do?

It is a layered WAF, AV, anti-bot, and reputation system. We tune the rules ourselves and disable the noisy ones. It catches CVE-window plugin exploits, suspicious file changes and brute-force logins automatically.

How do migrations work?

Hand us a cPanel backup (or just a WHM API token) and we move every account, including DNS, mail, databases and SSLs. Free, on every plan.

Can I run NodeJS / Python / Ruby apps?

Yes — CloudLinux provides per-tenant Node.js (18 / 20 / 22), Python (3.10 – 3.13) and Ruby (3.2 / 3.3) selectors. Apps run as non-root with their own venv.

Is email reliable?
